The Lure of the Islands...

Originally from the romantic and picturesque shores of the St. Lawrence seaway in Quebec City, Canada, Danielle enjoyed a nautical and European influenced lifestyle with the great outdoors at her doorstep.

As far as she can recollect she has been artistically inclined and naturally pursued a career as a graphic designer working for various advertising agencies... She was creative director and illustrator for Trudeau an innovative Canadian company with over 100 licenses, designing and illustrating license tableware products which were distributed throughout the world. She was at the peak of her artistic career when she decided to fulfill her dream of living in a tropical setting and chose the yacht capital of the world South Florida!

She now works as freelance private yacht chef on luxury yachts and paints between her contracts in her Ft. Lauderdale studio with her 3 Cockatoo parrots, Tiki, Coco and Nimba.

Danielle is very dedicated and involved with coastal conservation fundraising events and participates in art shows at Ocean Reef Club, Key Largo, and yacht clubs...Her art can be found in galleries and fine gift stores in Florida and on Harbour Island, Bahamas. Her clients include; private yacht owners,  French cafes, yacht designers, yacht club members and private art collectors throughout Florida, Canada, Bahamas and France...

Commissioned paintings of your photographic memories are welcome for your home, office or private yacht! Giclees can also be personally hand embellished and signed by Danielle upon request.
